Actually, I can not give much in the way in pros and cons between the two. Use the one that flies the best and tunes to the bow. 25 grains is not much of a difference.

ive always used 125

100 is goodfor deer100unless you are hunting elk
I have arrowed 5 elk now with 100gr 3 bladefixed wasps and have not had any problem at all with recovering these animals. I was thinking of maybe going up to 125buthey if it ain't broke why fix it. They seem to shoot and perform very well for me so i will keep on keepin on slayin elk with them.

i use 100gr becuase my arrows flys faster and seems to work with my arrows better.
