For getting a job like that you'd just hafta go around to the farms and ask the main man. You basically need to be good friends with either people that own it or that work on it. As far as the age i'd probly guestimate between 16-18 but then im sure they'll want to train you because the hunters want a good guide. Just my .02
good luck

I went to a guide school and they had a placement program. I sent out a resume to a bunch of outfitters and got hired.A lot of outfitters look for camp jacks and you can work your way up to guide.I was 18 when I started. I hope this helps.

I went to one in Montana it was a month long program with two weeks spent in the wilderness. It was well worth it. I don't guide anymore exept forsome close freinds. I learned more about the outdoors and wilderness survival which still helps today. It is hard work and long days but your hunting (for other people) 9 out of ten days.If you do go ahead and do this make sure when you get hired it is buy a decent outfit. There are a lot of a holes out there. good luck
