If you've ever seen the show...you wouldn't worry about it! Just a worthless show, done mostly on high fence/low fence jobs, so as far as I am concerned, they have no grounds to be throwing stones at bowhunters.

Oh I'm not worried....just wondering why any hunting "organization" could take such a public stand. It's one thing to have a persoanl opinion....but when you go publix like this organization has......it's another.

see i have seen an heard alot of trash talking about bow hunters.. but i see it like this anyone can pick up a rifle an aim an pull the trigger at 200+yards.. but another thing is to get a deer to come 10-45 yards an kill it with a bow only using a pin.. not a scope. arrows yes wounds deer but so does bullets.. i hate hearing people say stuff or talk trash about bow hunters they are mad because we hunt befor them we have a chance to pick the big ones off.. thats why i really dont gun hunt anymore its a challange to take one 20 yards.. any movement you make will spook the deer unlike smoking a Cig an relaxing in a feild blind with a rifle.. ahhhhhhhh it buggs me out.. thats my opinion sorry i had to say somthing.. happy hunting to all that has bow season left..

Statistics don't lie, but statisticians do!!!!

Sure bow hunters are more likely to wound a deer vs a hunter with a rifle.

They fail to indicate how many deer are wounded while rifle hunting each year and with the amount of rifle hunters vs bow hunters, I'd be willing to bet that more deer total are wounded by rifle hunters.

Pathetic.

I agree, not sure what they are trying to gain with this either. The stats are so skewed as to difference in # of hunters for each weapon, that total woundings is going to be WAY higher for gun...hell one state like WI during gun season probably cancels out the number of bow woundings for most other states.
