Default RE: Shooting both (trad & compound)

I'll soon find out the effect it has on me. I just won a e-bay bid for a Darton Super-Flite Hunter recurve. It is a 56" bow and draws 49# at 28". I didn't start out longer or lighter as some recommend. If that means a longer time to become proficient so be it. The bow cost $75 so if it is something I don't enjoy I'm not out much. I put a lot of time into shooting my compound and will do the same with the recurve. I hope they do not have adverse effects on one another.
