Can't find my stone so for kicks I picked up my Smith's unused broadhead sharpener out of a drawer. Dunno where I even got it, maybe a gift or something. I am sure it didn't cost over $5. But I am telling ya, this thing is going in my pack from now on. Took little time to have my Gerbers shaving hair from my arm. Next up is a bigger test, my old Buck 110 folder. If it sharpens this knife I'll be thrilled.

Those little hand sharpeners like yours work alot better than I would expect them too. I use an AccuSharp, and it's amazing how well it works. Hit it with that, then on a steel, and holy moly.....

mo, yeah I really need to upgrade some day. I am not good with a stone at all, just can't get the technique and angle down. Thinking of buying a Lansky some day.
