Default input please

Any body have anything positive or negative to say about the "up and down", inline, or whatever you want to call them, sights like the ones trophy ridge or vital bow gear has come out with. Planning on getting a new bow (Gaurdian) and like the idea behind these sights. However, I overheard a guy at work say that his trophy ridge sights warped over the summer

My Vital Gear has a verticle sight...I like it. It keeps the sight window more clear, to me anyway. Vital is making angular sights now, that come out from a 45 degree angle....the theory is that your eye can't focus on that angle, and all you see is the dot hovering in the sight ring....interesting.

I personally like the verticle pins.....Though I can't speak specifically on the Trophy Ridge sights, I've not used them. But any sight can warp if left in extreme heat, ie. your vehicle on a hot sunny day.

I'm the same. I love my VBG sites, and I've had mine for 2 years. I won't get a new site till that one takes a total dump.

I have used the trophy ridge sites too. Personally I like mine, the problem was the pins had a tendency to break, the fiber optic I mean. But other than that I liked it. I do use a trophy ridge dropzone rest and have absolutely no complaints, but that's neither here nor there. Trophy ridge sites are pretty good though, I think they're quality. I think the best way to go would be Vital Bow Gear though.

I also use the trophy ridge drop away and like it, but as to the sights, I'm worried that they may brake easily. I do a lot of slipping around through the woods and my bow and sights take a lot of abuse. Other than that reason , I's like to try them.
