Now what?
I have never tagged out before. I love that the 1st time it has ever happened I did it with a bow. But I won't know what to do on weekend mornings now. I guess I'll sleep in. I'll be out hog hunting in the evening and I'm going turkey hunting at the end of the month but I'm not sure if I can make this no deer hunting transition without therapy! This is my 2nd year bowhunting and it has been very successful. No booners but 3 deer and 1 hog to date. I am so totally ruined. I wonder if my insurance will cover a shrink?

RE: Now what?
Thats a good idea! I could video my brother in law. He has yet to fill a Tx tag. Not from lack of opportunity, he just holds out for bigger deer than I do. Hes been bowhunting a lot longer. 20+ years.

go on stand anyway video take pictures ,do some scouting ,go on the ground and stalk them with a camera . it is fun and amazing how close you can get when you don't have a weapon in your hand
