Default 10point 26" spread

A buddy that hunts with me took this 10 point on Nov. 19th at my farm here in Texas. It was the first buck this year, but everyBuck taken this year (3) was taken from the same stand (1 of 6 on 100 acres). He green scored 157even had his left double brow brokenoff making him a 10 point otherwise he would have been a 12. but the spread was the most impressive thing! He was 4.5 years. So I'm going to throw out a congrats to Bill Plauche who took it.

Wow, that is a very wide buck. Too bad the brows were broken...still a great deer.

Now go out there and get in that stand! haha

Very impressive rack, sub par photo... lol

Any how, that spread is awesome and impressive to say the least. What amazes me is how small the body looks, compared to our PA/Northern hemisphere deer, a 4.5 year old with that rack would weigh in over 200lbs. Great spread indeed.

Sadly enough it's short enough that I now am very worried about pouchers climbing it, Keith deer the 200class has spread all around town. I keep thinking about asking the game wardens to watch it for me.

I would,, when word of a deer like that gets around,, and it will,, everyone goes crazy, and the poachers come out of the woodwork,, I can testify to that,, all it takes is for you to tell one person and it wont take long for it so spread like wildfire.. then watch out, and be ready to run off tresspassers[:@]
