Default 11 pointer eating from a birdfeeder

My land owner just called me to tell me that she filled her bird feeder this morning, and thru out some shelled corn on the ground right next to it. She looked out the window a little while later, and there was a huge 11 pointer eating the bird seed out of the feeder, and not touching the corn. And this ws at about 11:00 this morning. I think she really wanted me to come out and try to shoot it with my bow, but I had my boy with me, so I told her to just watch which direction he goes when he leaves. Well, my step son sais lets go get him.So we loaded up and went out to see if he was still there. NOPE. He was gone, but she told me right where he headed, and asked me why I couldnt hunt up there closer to her house. (and no, I wouldnt hunt right by her house, but where I usually hunt is about 400 yards behind their house) Anyways, I am going out in a little while to find a spot to sit, and see if I can catch him coming back tonight.
Wish me luck!

Would birdseed be considered "bait"?

Hey guys, no buck. And boy do I feel like an idiot!! I didnt hunt anywhere close to their house, becouse after I got out there, I realized that I had been so excited about a big deer roaming around on their land, ( they just dont have many big bucks on their land) that I didnt even think about the fact that she not only had the bird seed out, but she had put a bag of corn out too, and that would be baiting. So when I realized that, I made sure to stay far away from the building sight.
