new bow hunter need help

hey guys if you need help why not ask right well all i really need is to know what the numbers on an arrow mean like an easton 2117 what are the numbers for thanks for all your help

2117, the 21 is outside diameter and the 17 is wall thickness. I do not know the unit of measure though.

cool thank you BAYOUBENGALS for the quik reply now just one more thing on the arrows how do i detrmine the straitness of the arrow if there is a way

cabbb5, most manufacturers list this spec. You could put them on an arrow spinner, and check with a dial indicator. Spine is the spec to more concerned with, IMO.
