Default Big buck in Da Truck (pic)

Well he's no monster but he is a descent Texas Hill country buck.
8 points with a broken brow tine. Took this buck this morning with an 18 yd shot with my bow. He went maybe 50 yds and stopped, I saw him get weazy and he went down, no tracking. arrow went in one lung and exited through the liver, slight quartering too. I am happy. Two deer with my bow this year, a doe and this one. I will hunt only horns for the rest of the year, and if I shoot another it will have to be a monster.

Fred Bear TRX 32, 29" draw 70 lbs- 286-292 fps chronoed, eastman archery outfitters 100gr expandable. Not the strongest broadhead but their cheap and they work. I use it one time and throw it away or save it for small game.
