I think Mathews bows are slow, ugly and have big fat uncomfortable grips.

I think the grip fits fine, but then again I guess I don't have girly hands
I don't see why everbody dogs on matthews so much...I guess it is like a ford-chevy thing, its what you prefer and everything else just sucks

It is exactly a ford chevy thing, only hoyt`s are ford and bowtech`s are chevy.I think I`d rather shoot a martin slayer than a mathews, but then again I`m a fawn

Everybody has a right to have their own opinion. So is a Matthews like a dodge then? cause if so, I have to get rid of it asap...nobody wants a head hanger

If you don't like the grip on a Mathews all you have to do is pry it off, I did and it shoots much better right off the riser. If you don't like that buy an aftermarket grip.
I don't understand this speed thing. To diss a Mathews because it shoots 20 fps slower than your bow is like you telling me that I'ma retard for shooting an old cartridge like my 7mm Rem Mag when I could be shooting a new and fasterone like a 300 Rem Ultra Mag. I'm quite sure that either one (bow or gun), put in the hands of someone who practices and shoots well, is just as capable as a "slower" weapon at killing deer dead. What's the trajectory difference in a Mathews and a Bowtech at 30 yards anyways? 1 inch... ??? Is that significant? Not to me in the very least. That's what practice and a range-finder are for.

one more than im done, this is off the subject anyway.I have two chevy`s I mean bowtechs,an old glory and a black knight,if I`m going to have an oppertunity to shoot a long way I`ll shoot the old glory which is fast,if I`m only shooting 50 yards or less than I`ll shoot the black knight which shoots a 375 grain arrow 337 fps(and it`s not loud or jumpy),now if it`s a calm cold morning and you could hear your uncle start his truck a mile away, here comes big nasty,a wary old buck that cant wait to jump the string, you need to get the arrow to his chest as fast as you possibly can, keeping in mind the sound has to travel there too.we`ve all seen how fast a deer can react. The great chuck adams said speed is overrated but I regretfully disagree
