After blowing up the pics to poster size (which took some fortitude), carefully analyzing them for hair and blood evidence, and consultingtwo expert deer trackers, I've concluded that the type of wound is a classic...
"Double-lung/ heart/ liver/ spine/ stomach/ intestine/ kidney/ muscle/ gall bladder trauma."

For the deer trackers in the group, I predict that...
-hewill bed down very near the crash site (in 2 or more places simultaneously),

-he will bleed out quickly (if there is any bloodleft in him),

-it is very likely that the animal will be recovered (most of it anyway, and don't forget to check under the seats)

-the meat should be very tender (if you can find a shovel big enough to pick it all up).

Bulzeye, that made me laugh....

Seriously, can you imagine being the passenger and looking over at the driver to see all that blood everywhere?

I hope that only deer blood.

Look at the driver seat it is covered with blood as well. If the pictures weren't touched up where the driver was sitting should not be completely covered in blood like that. Instead of covering the seat it would of covered the driver. There would still be some blood behind them but not a solid wall like that.

I just posted same pictures in the deer hunting section. I know some of the pictures are graphic but sad to say, it happens every day and sometimes serious injury or death to humans. I feel bad for driver and anyone else in the car, not just for any physcial injuries but emotionally as well

This is disturbing for me because I have the same SUV - A Chevy Trailblazer. The only difference is mine has three child carseats in the back seat. The seat with all the blood is where my one year old son would have been sitting if that happened to us. Talk about scary!
