Deer vs. SUV

RE: Deer vs. SUV
After blowing up the pics to poster size (which took some fortitude), carefully analyzing them for hair and blood evidence, and consultingtwo expert deer trackers, I've concluded that the type of wound is a classic...
"Double-lung/ heart/ liver/ spine/ stomach/ intestine/ kidney/ muscle/ gall bladder trauma."
For the deer trackers in the group, I predict that...
-hewill bed down very near the crash site (in 2 or more places simultaneously),
-he will bleed out quickly (if there is any bloodleft in him),
-it is very likely that the animal will be recovered (most of it anyway, and don't forget to check under the seats)
-the meat should be very tender (if you can find a shovel big enough to pick it all up).

RE: Deer vs. SUV
I just posted same pictures in the deer hunting section. I know some of the pictures are graphic but sad to say, it happens every day and sometimes serious injury or death to humans. I feel bad for driver and anyone else in the car, not just for any physcial injuries but emotionally as well

RE: Deer vs. SUV
This is disturbing for me because I have the same SUV - A Chevy Trailblazer. The only difference is mine has three child carseats in the back seat. The seat with all the blood is where my one year old son would have been sitting if that happened to us. Talk about scary!
