Great, I'm glad to hear that. Where on public, Woodland Beach, Lums pond. Did some scouting along Rt9 but it was just too wet for me. Will look harder next year for something. Congratulations on a fine deer.

Anyone else think the rack resembles a spider's legs? I dunno wherethat came from, but that's what I saw when I looked at it! Great rack btw, it's got a different look to it, I like it!

Thanks for all the congrates. I was tired last nite when i posted that, deffinetly didnt mean to sound like i was down playing the harvest, i was absolutely amazed when he just came strolling through the woods, especially with the weather being so warm. I was shaking like a leaf, not sure if i could have gotten him with a bow, scope was all over the place. I know it could be a life time before i ever get that opportunity again, Now i know with out a doubt you gotta have your butt in the woods, even if you dont feel like going. Had to fight myself over taking a motorcycle ride, or take that 1/2 mile walk carrying 20+ pounds of gear.
