I arrowed a doe Friday evening about 30 minutes before dark. Saw 3 other does, a 4pt and a nice 8 pt after I shot her. Saturday morning I saw does and a small spike early (6:30 am) at another location when I took my daughter on the youth hunt. She took the spike. I think the cloud cover all day Friday and Saturday helped with the full moon though.

Yeah, the cloud cover definately helped. My buddy shot a big 9 Friday night. Saturday night i saw a small buck and three does. Sunday morning i saw 7 does and three bucks, no shooters. Sunday morning saw three bucks, two little ones fighting in front of me and 7 does. Sunday night saw two bucks running together, two other bucks running through the bean field and then one buck chasing a doe. The deer seem to be moving looking for those does regardless of the full moon. Hopefully the cloud cover will stick around although it keeps it from cooling off at night...good luck

Lots of chasing, some rubs and scrapes.. Killed several does now but still not seeing a lot of bucks during daylight.. Rut is not far off though.

I got a 125" 9 point last night, (November 5th) But it was with my shotgun, and not my bow. Other than that, not seeing too much around here this weekend.

Sunday morning I saw a really nice buck but he was scared of my doe decoy. Gay buck?[]
Sunday evening I had a shot at a tall 6 point but missed[:@]

Next weekend should be the best.

I got this one last Wednesday. I have been looking for sign for my brother-in-law though. Hopefully I will get his successful hunt on video. Good luck to everyone.
