I've only fletched about 6 dozen arrows with mine, but it works great. As others have said, glue will build up on it.

They're awesome!! Get one. I think the Bitzenburger and Cabela's fletcher are higher quality, but there's none easier to use than that one. I can fletch a dozen arrows in like 30 minutes.
