This year I decided to start bowhunting, Practiced as much as possible. Today I finnaly got to 30 yard shot at a Doe. She came in with 2 others. Drew back and shot! Double lung shot. Ran 150-200 yards and fell against a tree. This morning was 30 mph winds so hunting was hard. Played with a grunt call that I had just got and a badger came running in. That was odd. Called in 2 diffrent bucks this morning also. But couldnt shoot them because the unit I hunt in is Earn A Buck. (post pics soon)

congrats!! i almost think PA would be BETTER off with an earn a buck system instead of mass doe killing in the past few years..but PA been screwed up so long i think it was too late for earn a buck. i think PA used to be if you killed a buck you COULD NOT shoot a doe...but im happy to say things are getting better...hopefully i can get my first next week since i cant hunt this week
