PA guys are taking over!!!
 

Every time I turn around there's another one of you PA guys in the forum, I think the count is about12 PA's to each 1Non-PA (we definitely need to work on our QMM "Quality Member Management"), HNI is about to become PAHNI:D.

Okay okay, I guess it's alright since most of you guys make this forum A LOT more interesting your very own ways. Keep it up guys and gals, I enjoy the entertainment!:D

It takes the score of 12 PA bucks to equal1big mid western buck so we need the extra help.........[:-]
That and the fact that we have something like 260,000 licensed resident bowhunters in the state of PA.

(Sometimes I wish another state would adopt me ;))

you have to also consider that we have over 1 million hunters in this state. The most out of any state. I think that is why there are so many of us on here!

I did not notice but if it gets any more crowded then I will start feeling like I am actually hunting on PA public land instead of just visiting an online forum. ;)

Is that why you've taken up hunting in my homeland of Wyo? It would takea LOT of those PA goats to add up to that buck youkilled in September.;)

PAbowhuntr, I hear that finding a "secluded" place to hunt on public land in PA is kind of like trying to ocean front in Arizona... is that really the case?

You can find a secluded spot, if you're blind, deaf and you zipshut the windows of your groundblind.

When I was in school in Wyoming we always had the first thursday and firday of October off for "hunting days" as I got a little older, they changed it to fall break. Now if we could all talk our employers into that....

Can't on thegun opener b/c it always opens on Sat., but my little brother got out this year for the dove opener. That is saying a little.

I think it's a play on numbers. Like was mentioned above, our shear number of hunters and the fact us PA'ians are so much smarter than the rest of the country, we have more computer literate hunters than any other state, thusly again, shear numbers, computer savy hunters.

Don't worry Rob I got yer back buddy;). Let the rest of the country come and hunt PA's smart deer and they will see we are the real hunters! We don't have deer like those dumb midwest bucks.[8D]

Mobowhunter, you silly midwest hunter. We are not allowed to shoot spikes in PA. Minimum of 3 or 4 pts on a side. Besides your midwest deer are the equivelent of Gomer Pyle to our Stephen Hawking-esque deer. They really are that smart.[8D]

The problem with PA deer is that all that nutrition that usually grows antler in other states goes into brain development instead.

And with a head big enough for those brains, any rack looks small on it;)

I thought Pennsylvania is where whitetails from all over the country send the "special" deer. A lot like the rest of the US sends our "special (short but)" people to Penn as well... it's a really special place up there. :D:D:D They lock everyone up on sundays, and they take their rifles away I hear.
