Congratulations but never just throw an arrow at a live animal, I know it was a figure of speech but I settle a pin and relase an arrow in a precise spot using all the trajetory configurations available out of a highly tuned mechanism that ejects a projectile with such dowward force configured in Kinetic Energies that result in, oh hell, throw an arrow at em...;) Congrats.

Great job, Sure is a great feeling getting that first one! I spined one two years ago. She dropped and tried to get back up so I put another arrow in her and then she rolled over and snapped both of my carbon arrows[:@].

Some people havetalked about getting their first one mounted, buck or doe.:) Are you going to butcher yourself? Not sure what a locker charges anymore? after I did a couple on my own, it wasn't to bad. It's when you take them over and drop them off and tell them you want deer jerky, sticks and salomi...you better have the $$ ready! I did take 20 lbs over (they add beef to it) Had half salomi and hald sticks, out of the half sticks, half of them are barbaque.......called today and it was around 80.00, that wasn't to bad I guess. Good thing I won a 30.00 gift certificate to the locker this year at a golf outing:D

Congrats, now go get another one!

Well my brother had a 100lb doe done at a locker. He had a little bit of everything I think it was about $100. I think I'll just take my time and do it my self. I can't wait! Gonna be having Backstrap tomorrow night!!
