hes not far from the fence. hes lost too much blodd in that amount of yardage. Sounds and looks like you got uper lung and matbe through the opposite lung. Looks great. Great sign.

just recieved the phone call from the landowner,he said he doesn't like hunting but he does not want any dead deer on his farm.so i'm off to find him!!!

I'm thinking you are gonna find him pretty easily if he's leaking like that. Glad to hear the landowner is letting you recover it...post pics when you get back!!! Pre-congrats are in order I'm thinking!!

THank god the land owner was cooperative. You will find him with that kind of blood trail, he cant be far.

From the story and pics i would say you should find fairly easy?
Sometimes even with a good hit they can cover a lot of ground in a hurry!
(imo) You did the right thing if your not sure? best to wait and give him time. Good luck finding him!
