Default bought some land

Well I hope I made the right decision in buying some land. It is about 18 acres along the Yellowstone river and is all wooded area. I paid 20000. for it and is a nice tract with an old old stand of trees. Also a large island abput 100 ft. from mine. Do you think it was a good buy and you could put a cabin on it if you wanted.

sounds pretty sweet to me... a cabin, in the woods, next to a river. It doesnt get much better than that. Unless, maybe, there's gold in that river.

And be sure to tell us where to sign up for our time sharing weekends. Also, what game hunts are available by season.
I want to get my reservation in early....LOL...

Well I am sorry to have to tell you this butyou got took. Landprices are going to plummet at the first of the year. Won't be worth much of anything. But just because I like you, contact me andI will give you half whatyou paid for it so you won't take such a big loss! Sounds like a good Deal!

Sounds reasonable to me. Here sand hills and blackjacks will bring more than good farmland.

Waterfront property will only go up in value!

My self and brother bought a 1 acre waterfront lot and a 196 acre bush lot across the road from it for hunting 3 years ago. We paid 45k for both parcels(15k for waterfront, 30 for bush lot), weve already been offered 45k for the waterfront lot 3 years later. Bush lot would be valued about the same! We had the bush lot timberred,, basicly payed for the waterfront lot with selective timberring.

Buy land,, they arent making anymore of it!!!!
