Thanks for putting an end to that bashing thread. I mean yea sure some things get brought up a lot, but new members join every day and just because some people have been here longer then others doesnt give them a reason to bash the thread. I think instead of posting- Do a search. people should just give a answer. I personally have started threads about broadsheads after doing a search. The search did not have the answers I wanted so I started the thread hoping I could get some answers from some veteran members. And about the scoring threads, some guys may never have seen a scored buck so theyhave nothing to compare the deer in thier pictures too.It takes a little longer to post a answer as it does to post "do a search" as your answer might just give they guy or gal the answer they were looking for. Everyone in this forum has their own opinion, and thats what makes it great. Hopefully we can just all stop bashing and give people the answers they are looking for. Hopefully you are still a wake at this point, but I just wanted to let people know what I have been thinking after a couple of the recent threads.

I used to get frusterated at redundant threads. I forget that I've been here around 8 years, now I take the time to find the same thread and post a link in the reply. I forget that many times it might be a first thread for someone esle, newbies when I've seen the thread 40 times...lol

I know most of these guys are better than that, we all our moments, bad day at work, frusterated season etc...all in all we have the best people on the web. I've been on forums where it's just so clicky you can't stand it or if your not part of it, your post gets ignored. I hope that doesn't happen as much here.

I think you are referring to my poll. If this is the case, I was to clarify a few things.
First, if you look at my poll, as well as my first two posts, I simple say that there are a few topics that are talked about repeatedly and I wanted to see, and still do, what people think the most repeated type of post is. I did not say that I intended for it to become a bashing, or flame war. People might have gotten carried away with the thread, but I, in no way, intended for it to be such.
If I am misreading into THIS thread, I apoligize, but isnt your post, ZDeerslayer, bashing our right to complain. Seems like this has been happening alot on here, remember that we are, at least most of us, in the United States, a country founded on the freedom of speech. Why not let us complain, I mean heck, there are worse things than complaining. It is your right, as well as mine, to complain as much as you see fit.

Remember this old saying, "I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

Campo, it wasn't your fault where that thread went and there is a different in complaining vs bashing and criticizing others.

Campo- I have had this feeling for a while, but your thread was the spark that lit the fire. Even if you didnt mean to start the bashing, I just wanted to let people know how I feel. And as you said, yes people do have a reason to complain, but at least give others the answers they are seeking.
