Default Are the deer good around here?

I'm looking for a new place to buy that has good deer hunting in Kansas or Oklahoma. This place looks nice. Does anyone know what the deer are like in this area?

I was kidding about the taste thing!

Go look at the thread "biggest buck I've ever arrowed" and see what Kansas has to offer a whitetail deer hunter. I wish VA was lucky enough to have deer like that!

It's all in how you prepare it and cook it. My wife can show you how to ruin some venison.

You'd be lucky to get five to ten acres at that price in VA. And closer to Washington you couldn't even get a 1/4 acre!
Good luck and enjoy!

It sounds like a real honey hole , buy if you can afford it . I wasn't crazy about the two county thing or the road bisecting it though , that's an open invitation for trespassers , could make prosecuting them tough too .

the land is as good as you make it, if u shoot button bucks and spikes than no, but if you only shoot 4 or 5 year old deer yes its great, the land is what you make of it...

any deer over 4 years old is usally a decent deer or better so any land can be good.
