i never had any luck with the can but some of my friends have so i think its all a timing thing...

I have had mixed results with the can, most of the places I hunt it hasn't done much, meaning no deer came in or those that did were coming anyway and I don't think they were responding to the call. However I have 1 stand that I hunt where I have called in 5 bucks with the can, 3 of them went home in the back of my truck. It seems in this one spot the bucks like the can and usually repond well when I use it.

It works pretty well in my area for calling in doe and fawns. Twice this season I've gotten them to come to it multiple times. But, like someone else said, don't use it when thier close. I've had them run off like I've just shot at them when they've been in closer than I thought.
