First blood '06
Well I "PIPED" my first doe of the season. I finally was able to start getting out. I've been out 4 times. The first two times I just jumped deer on the way in and out......didn't see anything on the stand. Third times a charm.....passed on a spike and later took the big doe below. The fourth time out I passed on a small doe right at dark. Hopefully the big boys will start "majically appearing" this week!

congrats cloud9, that's a big doe.
it sounds like you didn't go to ripley then this year if you've only been out 4 times? A guy I went to high school with shot a 239 pound 12 pointer out there.i didn't get drawn. really hurts since i bought a camper and a generator this year!
