Best names for bucks and why
#21
We've named a few...
Ghost Buck, a 130-140" 10 pointer that both my bestfriend and I missed. This buck would always just appear, you never saw where he came from!
Ol' Ripped Ear, about a 20" wide 8 point I have several hundred pics of that had his ear pretty much ripped in half.
High Rise, a younger 10 point that wasn't very wide but had a very tall rack.
Bubba Jr, this is the buck my best-friend shot this past season, he was a 10 point that grossed out at 128" and was named after Bubba Jr because he had the same characteristics as a buck shot on the same farm several years ago that was nicknamed bubba.
Tank, thats the wide buck I have been posting pics of for the past couple of years, he got the nickname just because he is a tank!
And my personal favorite which isn't a buck........ snowflake, she is a piebald doe that stays on posted property that borders one of my hunting areas. We have watched this doe for the past 4 years and she is just a joy to watch!

Luckybuck
I got this guy last rifle season. Pinned this name to him b/c we found 2 or 3 .22 cal bullets in him.
The people around my parents house seem to think that hunting hours start at sunset and end at sunrise.[:@]

Short Rack Ten- 4.5 year old 10 pointer with very short tines still trying to get him.

Fletch- last season while on stand i saw a big tall massive palmated buck and i saw he was limping eventually i sawyellow fletchings and a shaft sticking out of his left side hence the name fletch. would have likely been between 150 165. anyways me and my dad checked our trail cams todqay and as we drove out we saw one that was limping when he was walkin but ran fine and he was similar to fletch so we hope it was him.
Caribou rack-his rack was very tall and he had points everywhere.....tallest buck ive ever seen

Well I myself haven't named a buck personally but my friends that I hunt with have , like ( Old Tall Tines ) and ( Floppy Ears ) for obvisous reasons .
We do have a doe that I named ( Stuby ) and she's still alive and well just limping along.
I figure she musta step in a trap and got her right rear foot snaped off or something.
