Default bloodglow

HI all, I made a not so good shot on a deer last tuesday and I ordered some blue star, bloodglow. It the luminol stuff that makes blood glow blue after dark. My question is Do any of you have much experience with this stuff, and How well does it work after 3-4 rains. I really need to find this deer and am running out of options. I contacted two people with deer dogs and cant get either of them to come out. I have looked for almost 20 hours but I still could be overlooking it since the area is so thick. you have to crawl and almost slither through this stuff. Basically I am wondering if this bloodglow will still be effective after 3 or 4 decent rainfalls. Thanks

I agree with hoss look for the buzzards and crows they will find the carcas after the yotes have gotten to it, also i dont think that stuff will work after the rain but you never know, hope you get lucky and find your deer.

I have used it while raining once, it worked great that night, but this was only 2 hours after the deer was shot, it started raining just after shot, it had made the blood trail hard to find. This stuff lit the trail up nice! But after 3 or 4 rains, I really don't think it's gonna work, but hey, what do ya have to lose.....20 bucks at most right? By the way, it has to be pretty dark before this stuff lights up very well, the darker the better.
