RE: Fixed Broadhead Warning

Guys, it wasn't me. Didn't mean to imply it was. It was a fellow hunter, it is true and it happened this year. My intent on posting it was just as areminder of what we are dealing with and what we sometimes take for granted. I know I do at times. But a reminder once in a while is a good thing. It makes me better aware anyway. ;)

RE: Fixed Broadhead Warning

When I was young (I am 39 now) one of my cousins was carrying arrows for his dad while hunting. He tripped and fell. One of the broadheads went in his neck, but not very far. Didn't matter. He bled out in his dads arms while they were rushing him to the hospital.

I am always carefull with broad heads and because this happened in our family I think of it everytime I bowhunt.

Wow, that's tough SignOfTheTines, I'm sorry to hear of that tragedy, and will remember it.

Thanks for sharing.
