Just Arrowed My Biggest Buck Ever!!!
Saturday Evening ended up being a good one! My wife Casi and I went out hunting, and ended up seeing a familiar buck at about 75 yards away, bedded from our stand. Then he got up and started shedding trees and making scrapes, and slowly making his way towards me. And hour later he decided to visit a popular scrape just 20 yards from the stand, and it was over.
I'm am very fortunate to have my wife experience the hunt with me, and even take some awesome video footage of the whole event. She's went out every time hunting with me, and even every time scouting with me. She's my best hunting partner, best friend, and couldn't ask for anything more than having her experience it with me. I scored the buck at 186 6/8   |

Holy Crap Joey......What a buck!!! Congratulations!!! I'ts good to have your spouse as your hunting partner. Especially for newly weds. I've had my hunting partner for almost 29 years and it's ALL GOOD.

im at a loss for words. i dont know how you did it. i would never been able to keep my cool and get a shot off. EXSPECIALLY with a bow...congrats man...thats a brute. i honestly dont think i could shoot one like that with a bow.

Howler, I do have 3 game camera pictures of him, in velvet. I also have some video footage of him in mid-August, in full-velvet, when he was then traveling with a really big 8ptr. I was shaking pretty good after watching him for an hour. But luckily, seeing him earlier in the year help, as it wasn't quite the suprised as it could have been. Either way, he got my blood boiling. Everytime I replay the video, I get excited, and it's easy to feel my excitement level in it. |

Nice...very nice Joey! He has it ALL length, mass, and character! Is he the one you caught on the trail cam before? Please age that buck...I love to age the big ones to see just how old they are. Did you get a field dressed weight? What a friggin' pig! Congrats buddy!!!! |
