Setting back the clocks...

Setting back the clocks...
Is that this coming weekend? If so, it will virtually all but end my archery season. With work and classes I just can't get done early enough to be in a tree within a reasonable hour.
Also, I know that Bush passed an energy law last year changing the dates of the clock changes. When it takes effect, we will set the clocks back later in the year, and turn them forward much earlier the following year. Anyone know what year the bill takes affect?

It changes in 2007. For this year (2006) we go back on the last Sunday of Oct. just like normal, unless you're lucky enough to live in one of the few states that doesn't deal with this BS...
