Default A buck died with a smile on his face...

I was talking to a friend last night who is a bowhunter. He was telling me last night how he was bowhunting during the rut, and he had a buck chasing a doe. Much to his surprise, the doe stopped 15 yards from his stand, the buck mounted her, and started doing his deed.
My friend was deerless at that point, and figured that this buck should die happy. He drew, and the buck continued his business. He loosed his arrow, and much to his surprise, the buck continued to, well, git 'er done. Keep in mind, he said this all happened within 15 seconds. Suddenly, the buck collapsed dead on the does back, at which point she got a little spooky and ran off, leaving the buck right where he fell off of her. It had been a perfect double lung, and the buck never knew what hit him.
Anyone else ever have an experience like this?
I sure hope I go like that, without the arrow of course!

Edit...This happened last year, no rutting here yet!

I think he probably could have waited until he got done. That way there would be little ones running around next year with the bucks genes. Thinking ahead. Surely he would still have had a shot when the buck got done.

He didn't even let him finish!!! Not cool!!! I shot one two years ago that came in grunting with his nose to the ground ( a hot doe was there like an hour earlier). He stopped him at 28 yards and drilled him. He ran a bit and stopped. His movement scared some other does about 50 yards away. He took off after them like nothing happened. When I found him, he had some yellow/white stuff on his leg....not sure if he was doing the deed and died or what but it was def not piss.....

Yeah, that is what I was thinking too. I am always very wary of tall tales, but this is a pretty honest guy, and one of my fathers good friends, so I kinda had to take his word for it.
Yeah, he could have at least let him, well, finish before he shot him. Who knows, maybe he was done and was just riding it out for a few more seconds. He should have waited for the buck to light one up after he was done.
