Are you hunting from the ground or a tree? Do you plan on washing all your clothes in scent free wash and then leaving them outside to dry? Do you plan on hunting the wind? Explain what you are planning to do and I or the others can help you out

I do plan on washing my clothes is scent free wash, i do not know how well it will work for me to hunt the wind since i will be only going out for about 2 days. My dad's cousin lives in the area that we hunt, and says he has a very good spot with lots of activity. So if you could just help me with some general bowhunting info, and what to look for. I hope that help a little bit? Greatly appreciate the help.

Just sit back and enjoy the ride, it's the biggest adrenaline rush you could ever imagine.
And to think, I dumb little animal can make a grown man drool, get weak kneed, dizzy, get blurred vision, mumble like a blithering idiot, lose lots of sleep, or even fall out of a tree..... Ain't it great !!

If you are starting out this year hunting. Depends on what type of area you hunt. Hardwoods, Crops..... If you want to see deer hunt the funnels in between food and bedding in the morning and you could move closer to the food source in the afternoon. Look for crossings or natural land marks that move deer in a certain direction. A creek, Drainage ditch, steep ridges. If you are hunting ridges hunt along the backbone or around the top edge. As the rut draws near hunt the funnels and hunt the does. If there are does then there will be a buck.

We mainly will be hunting wooded areas. I have been noticing the last couple of years during gun season even though the deer are running for their lifes. Some pretty distinct paths along ditches, as well as across swamps.
