Going out tomorrow, wish me luck!
Took a day of vacation and I'm heading up to Macon, MO tomorrow. I'm going in for an afternoon hunt so I don't bumble my way around to my stand. I'm hunting a big eight-point that was slightly spooked last weekend by my uncle (while turkey hunting). Conditions will be perfect tomorrow (high in the upper 50's with wind out of the West). Wish me luck

I used to hunt that area....Just west actually...Deerfield, familiar w/ it? Anyway, best tie yerself to the tree but good......Gonna be windy as you know what out there tomorrow!

Good luck MO-KS. I thought about taking the Friday off too, since we were going to have the first frost of the year around here. Decided I would wait and save my days for the rut. Keep us posted.
