That's an awesome buck and I'll bet he grosses in the 180 range. Mainframe typical 10 pointer with long G2's, good brows, a 20" inch spread which isn't done justice in the photos, and a lot of mass, plus 6 additional points all adds up quick.

Congrats to the lucky hunter!

I would agree with Justin, the buck definately grosses over 180". Tine length, spread, mass, stickers, and look at the mainbeam length. Great buck!

What a dandy. Pretty sure there aren't many hunters alive that would pass that. I'd guess because of a lack of huge mass that he grosses in the 170 range. That's figuring the longest tines maxing in the 10-11" range. 25" beams.

I think you guys are all pretty close there with your figures, in the photo of the back side you can see the broken tine on the G2--hesawthis deer the first day of the season and said that tine stuck out a long ways--6 inches--so he lost some there--either way, he is nice--I love the character. He is well deserving beleive me--he does his homework and spends plenty of time in the woods.

Great buck! Lifetime achievement!

Does is really matter if he's high 170 or mid 180?

NO! He's yours and that's ALL that counts!

I'll bet anyone who questions his measurements wouldn't pass him....sheeeeesh.
