I was grouse hunting over the weekend, but did manage to take a stand for bear in the evenings. Saw no 4 legged critters except squirrels. Did manage 6 grouse though...

An excellent way to phrase this question. I saw deer driving to my hunting spot but did not see a tail during daylight hours.

Saw 4 bucks and 2 does from 8:30-11:30--al bucks were 8s--3 of which were decent bucks, but I had no shots under 45 yards.

you got to set up in the woods during times of full moon because the deer are in the fields at night then hit the woods with first light.

I saw the buck I messed up on at 7:45 on Saturday AM. I later saw 2 does & 2 fawns at about 9:00AM.
