Congrats Rick - Bradford Co. is a really nice place. My family has a cabin due West of you, in Warren County. Nice to have that "home away from home" - where you can build a giant bonfire and do all that fun stuff that just isn't kosher inside the city limits.

Just a tip - if you're serious about farming xmas trees, make sure you talk to an experienced xmas tree farmer first. There's a lot of upkeep and maintenance involved, especially where you get a significant amount of deer damage. I hunt a big Christmas tree farm in WV, and got to know the owners pretty well - they sunk a lot of time and money into pruning/trimming/treating those trees. It's a labour of love. Deer really can wreck a christmas tree farm. The owner used to say "Don't you dare let me catch you coming out of those woods without at least a doe." LOL

Very nice piece of earth there. Makes me want to go camping.

You could always go with the original, "The Ponderosa" :D
