I live in Northern Wisconsin and when can i start using calls? or wat can i do to lure the bucks in?

Anytime, in fact if your seasons open, use calls now, suttle grunts and contact calls. Deer are very vocal and are vocal year round. It's not just during the rut. Here's a site that may help.
