Blaze orange over camo is what he means. That's what most people do. It's illegal for us to not wear blaze during firearms season here in Arkansas.

we don't have to wear orange unless on a WMA. and I never hunt them.
so I don't wear any anytime.

During gun season it's illegal to use a bow , but if it weren't , I'd still wear blaze orange whenever guns are involved.
