I was going through my equipment and found a bottle of buck urine from last season. Ithad never been openedand kept in the back of a closet (dark and about 68-70 degrees). Do you think it's still any good? What do the manufacturers claim the shelf-life is?

The only way to tell if it is still good is to do a taste test. Just dab a little bit of it on a fingertip and taste it. If it's bitter it is still okay. If it tastes sweet it's too old to use.

I guess I'll toss it...I'd hate to ruin a good hunt because of a $10 bottle of old pee! (Besides, a fella I work with killed a nine-pointer last week with a full bladder, and offered me some).
Thanks!
Thanks!
