Default Elk Down

This is my 5th bull in 5 years with a bow. I got him in colorado on friday morning. he came in to 26 yards and after a double lung made it about 80 yards. It was the first time in the 5 years i have hunted in the snow in september the bulls were going crazy

That's awesome!!!

After an upcoming antelope hunt (waaaay upcoming, as it turns out... ), that's the next animal I want to pursue. Amidst all my whitetails, of course.

I loved my elk hunt and the meat was so good. It's one animal I wish I could hunt every year. With a good bull under my belt, now there are other animals on my list including that Pronghorn Greg is after....soon Greg, soon.
