If you feel fine, but you have a pretty consistent cough, would you stay out of the woods in fear of spooking deer or would you just hunt anyway?

If I need to cough while I'm on stand I put a glove over my mouth to suppress the noise.

I hate to miss a single day of the deer season if I can avoid it , and I own a Cough Silencer . Believe it or not those things actually work quite well .

I missed a week in mid October once due to a very bad cough. Once I got feeling better I went back and killed the biggest deer of my life. Had I gone while coughing my head off I most likely would have spooked the deer out of the country.

I'm not gonna let a little cough or cold stop me from getting into the woods when its hunting season NO WAY.
I always carry the Cough Silencer with me , its a must have in my opinion and it really works.

Had the problem last year.. couldn't shake this cough.. My brother and sister in law visited on Christmas after my folks left they both looked at me and told me I better try this medicine, wrote me a script (Both are doctors) and found out I was having allergen induced asthama.. Never felt bad, just had a cough I couldn't shake.. Now, no cough but we took care of the allergen.

A little cough is not going to stop me. Get out there when you have a chance
