Investors Needed -Whitetail Breeding/Hunting Ranch
I am very close to purchasing a 600 acre Whitetail Breeding Facility and Hunting Preserve.
This ranch is currently producing 120-180 fawns per year from the top genetics in the country. It will produce 25-30 170+ B&C bucks per year and 50-60 in the 150+ B&C range. The ranch has also been in the CWD monitoring program for 2 full years and will become a premier breeding stock provider, next year.
The ranch is in it's 5 full year of operation and is ready to become a major competitor. I am looking for a capital investor(s) to help with this purchase.
