I finally got to shoot both of these bows. I am left handed so I had to drive 2 hours to a large shop in michigan called Jays but it was well worth it. The only bow I wanted to shoot that I couldn't was the Hoyt Havoctech. They have not done the left hand run on them yet. Anyway back to the point.
The Mathews was everything everyone says it is. I loved the bow and can see why everyone loves them. But Im going to buy the Parker. The reason being I liked it just as much. It shoots smooth and the feeling I just couldnt believe was how the bow is dead in your hand after the shot is released. What I mean is the energy is all transfered into the arrow it just feels great after the release. It isnt beter then the mathews in my opinion but its just as good and its a litle over 100 bucks less. Oh and also it is SO LIGHT !!!. If you are looking into the short bows take the time to consider this one too.

You'll get no argument from me: if they both shoot generally the same, go with the cheapest! (But you won't get to say "I shoot a Mathews!)

I love my ultra-lite 31. MQ1shooter, I dont think the deer care what were carying when that arrow sails through those vitals, Mathews or Parker. There still just as dead.

I was very much kidding, Liv2hunt
, although I'm sure you knew that.
I'm actually a big fan of that little bow, although I've never shot it. I LOVE the aesthetics of the camo'd wheel and cam.
One question though, one eye: Did you consider any of the Bowtechs like the Tech 29? I'm actually thinking of getting one of those...
