my first bow kill
 

hey my name is brandon im 15 and live in sedalia missouri
im new to the board but im so happy i just have to tell u
guys i just shot my 4th deer but first one with a bow today

i have never shaked that much befor ever. I shot her at 5
yards she didnt run 10 yards and fell over dead.

just thought id share some of my excitement.

First, welcome to the board...it is good to see the future of bowhunting getting involved!

Second...congratulations on your first bow kill, you should be very proud! A five yard shot....that is close enough to make anyone shake...enjoy the venison.

Congratulations Brandon...You've just accomplished what all young people should...It will be a life long memory for you and a happy one at that.

I'm excited for you and I'd like to share with you in your excitement too...

Beware of the peer pressures a young person has to face. Keep the spirit and keep on hunting, it will make you a better person...

Hey super congratulations Brandon!!!

You must be an excellent hunter to get within 5 yards of a deer, way to go. When you get close it means you have done a lot of things right!

You must be a good shot too! If she only went 10 yards you put it right where it should be!!!

Brandon...5 yards away...no wonder you were shaking...we'd all be shaking...I guess you like those "CLOSE" shots...that's ok but it's a little hard on the nerves isn't it?...Congratulatons on your first bow kill...4 deer's by age 15...when are you going to write your book??????

That is most excellent!

My first deer had me shaking so bad I had to drop on my knees cause I could not stand up. I was 10

My first with a bow was darn near that feeling even though it was several years later.
