RE: my first bow kill
 

Congratulations on a great accomplishment! I am working on getting a deer with a bow (last year I got my first deer with a shotgun). It sure is a lot of work. I just got permission to hunt some private land and went out yesterday and had a blast! No deer but lots of memories. And to top it off, I hunted in the morning with my friend, Coach, who is 75-years-old. He has been shooting archery for 50 years!

Does anyone have any clues on the percentage of the general population that bow-hunts? Also, I'm curious if anyone has any idea how many women are out there? I know I haven't run across any (except for me!).
