Woa woa woa...I was not, at all, being rude, cynical, or in any way offensive. I was just pointing out a fact, cause I am sure alot of people have been thinking that same thing.
No worries man...It is Friday, that I know, my students have been letting me know all day.
All I have to say is....is it 3 o' clock yet

No, I didn't think you were being rude at all. I just wanted to make sure that people knew I wasn't serious. I have been known to overdo sarcasm before

1. Guys this is a joke

2. If he signs a contract and then breaks it he can not be arrested. The promisee(seller) can only file a lawsuit for damages. This will never be a criminal case, only a civil

Havn't we all. I should note the first auction which generated the first reaction from our community is no longer there. It was there less than an hour ago when I started this post, because I typed in "hunting rights" and got two hits. Now there is only one, and that is the second auction.
Me thinks the seller realized that this was idiotic, or that Ebay decided you cant auction off rights.

Thank you for the clarification. I asked a friend of mine in law school and he said that the person would most likely be arrested. Didnt mean to spread false information. Sorry boys. [:-]

Good point, Atlas. He may even be a hunter......with an inflated sense of value RE: his hunting prowess and his overall intelligence.

God knows there's plenty of those guys.

I wonder about the legalities with contracts etc...if someone actually takes the bait and the seller still hunts.

Your right Campo, it's getting ridiculous and think about his, it's actually a black eye for hunting, it shows hunters as nothing more than greedy, that they could care less about hunting if they are paid money.

For me, I won't take $ to stop hunting, I'll be sitting in a tree waiting to arrow a beautiful buck come Sept 30th. I couldn't give it up.
I agree!!!!!! They can keep their ******* money, give me my bow!!!
