They're BAAAaaaaaaaaaack
Well.....I've had 4 bucks that I've been watching via trailcam for the entire Summer. About three weeks ago.....they did worse than going nocturnal. They went MISSING.
I picked up the cameras yesterday for the last time......and they're back......right after first light.......and they have a new friend with them (6 pointer).
Lots of does in the photos, too. I'm cautiously optimistic.
I week from tomorrow morning........................................... .........

Here's a sampling. "My" deer aren't that big......but this 10 pointer (split brow tines) is a great looking young deer.........and the 4 running with him has a drop tine starting off the left main beam. The 4 is the only deer I told our son he couldn't take (if presented the opportunity).
It's gonna be fun watching these animals all season.
