I bring four with me. I'm not quite sure why as I'll be lucky to shoot one the entire season! Hunter success rate in Southern Cal is very low. I think last year it was like 11% were verified through the DFG. I still love it though!

yea I want to know how many deer it takes to burn thru 10 arrows. I'll make up 4 good ones to hunt, as that's all I carry. If I happen to break some I will make up more. I should be good to got for 3-5 deer with 4 arrows.

I've actually gone to Illinois (800+ miles) and only taken three arrow with broadheads and a pack of extra blades. My bow quiver holds three arrows. I've never had a need for more than that in an entire season, or several seasons.

I have a full dozen that are designated for hunting this year. I will probably give 3 to my Dad to supplement the ones he lost in the yard (he shoots the same shaft) and that will leave me with 9........should be plenty.
