should the bades from the broadhead be straight with the vanes or offset from the vanes?

It makes no difference. The broadhead tipped arrow will shoot exactly the same whether they are lined up, or not.

It really makes little if any difference, the main thing is to make sure the heads are straight, and do not wobble on the shaft, your bow is tuned, and you have enough fletching to control the arrow.
