I can - and always do - put a razor edge on all of my knives, but I have a heck of a time doing the same thing with my broadheads.
I shoot muzzys and I have several of last year's broadheads/arrows still in my quiver and they're still in perfect condition . . . except for the fact that oxidation has dulled the blades a bit.
I won't shoot a blade that isn't razor sharp and wouldn't think of shooting these in their present condition. I have replacement blades and have always just replaced them, but since the replacements cost $1.00 PER BLADE, it would be nice to touch up the ones that are already set-up IF I can get them sharp enough.
Any suggestions?

I have hundreds of thunder head blades around also.I have always just replaced them. Many years ago, back in my bear bruin blade days,I always kept them sharp. The new replacement blades are just so small to work with.It is very easy to get cut trying to sharpen them.
